Welcome to tuxformen.com, an online store selling men’s formal suits, tuxedos and apparel. By browsing, registering, placing orders or completing checkout on our website, you fully agree to these Terms and Conditions together with our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any clause, you may not use our services. We reserve the right to revise terms without prior notice, and updated versions take effect immediately after posting online. Users aged under 18 must purchase with guardian consent.

All product prices displayed on the site exclude local import duties, customs taxes and delivery fees, which shall be borne by buyers. We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal and Shop Pay. Payment shall be fully completed before order fulfillment. After you submit an order, an automated confirmation email only acknowledges receipt; a binding sales contract forms when we dispatch goods. We reserve rights to correct obvious pricing errors, cancel out-of-stock orders and refund full payments to original accounts within 7 working days. Custom-sized tailored tuxedos require full prepayment and cannot be cancelled once production starts.

We ship worldwide via authorized cross-border couriers. Estimated delivery times are listed on each product page as reference only, and delays caused by customs clearance, logistics breakdowns or force majeure are not our liability. Ownership and risk of product damage or loss transfers to buyers once carriers take possession of parcels. Customers must inspect packages upon arrival and notify us of damaged items with photos within 48 hours after delivery. We do not cover extra storage fees charged by local customs or post offices.

Standard ready-to-wear items can be returned within 30 days of delivery, unused with original tags and intact packaging. Custom-tailored, personalized or altered formal suits are non-refundable and non-exchangeable for size reasons. Buyers bear return shipping fees unless goods arrive defective due to our production faults. Refunds will be processed to original payment channels within 10 working days after we receive and inspect returned merchandise. We reserve the right to reject returns with stains, wear damage or missing labels.

All logos, product photos, fabric patterns, copywriting and website layout content on tuxformen.com are our exclusive intellectual property. No unauthorized copying, screenshotting, reproduction or commercial redistribution is permitted without written permission. Any infringement will result in legal claims for compensation.

tuxformen.com shall not compensate indirect losses including lost profits, travel expenses or event penalties arising from delayed shipments or unsuitable clothing matching. Our maximum compensation limit for any single order equals the total amount you paid for that purchase. We are not responsible for third-party payment gateways, courier companies or external linked websites on our page.

These terms are governed by international e-commerce trade rules. Any disputes between both parties shall first be resolved via customer service email support@tuxformen.com. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to arbitration under the seller’s local judicial jurisdiction.
